I'm William. I run this from my desk.
Solo founder. Calgary, Alberta. Building an AI-first ecosystem that runs revenue, ops, and communication — for me and for ambitious operators like you.
Founder. Builder. Operator.
No team. No agency machine. Just me — and a 21-bot stack named Jarvis that does the work of a 12-person ops department.
I started Set It Up because I was tired of watching founders pay agencies to do automation badly. Slow, expensive, opaque. So I productized the system I run on myself — Jarvis, the bots, the playbooks — and made it available three ways: self-serve, done-with-you, and done-for-you.
Before this, I ran Bergmann Gear (now sunset) — a hardware brand that taught me everything about lead generation, ad spend, fulfillment, and the bottleneck that is human attention. Set It Up is the answer I wish I'd had then.
My philosophy: leverage AI for compound output. Build small shippable systems. Document everything. Hand the keys to the operator. Move on to the next one.
One operator. Compound output.
A stack that doesn't break at 2am.
Set It Up runs on Jarvis — my private n8n core on a hardened Hostinger VPS — wired into the tools I trust. No vendor lock-in, no black boxes, no surprise outages.
